Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit up to 14 days from your purchase. Please note Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has no marks or stains
- The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits)
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
- Proof of purchase
Sale items, Jewelry, Beauty, Intimates, Swimwear, Vintage, and Pre-loved items are all final sale.
Online Orders:
If you made a purchase online and aren't in love with the item IRL, please reach out to leah@petalsandjackets.com to begin your return within the return rules and timing window stated above. Please provide your order number along with the item information and reason for return.
Expect an email within 1-2 business days with instructions to send back your item. Customer is responsible for the return shipping label. Upon inspection of the item meeting the return requirements, we will issue a store credit in the amount of your purchase in the form of a gift card.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted on vintage items, skin care, beauty items, intimates & swimwear, as well as any final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
