Return Window
- Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of purchase
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Vintage & pre-loved pieces
- Jewelry
- Beauty products
- Intimates & swimwear
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these items are final sale.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be accepted, items must:
- Be unworn and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, or marks
- Include proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email petalsandjackets@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and include:
- Order number
- Item(s)
- Reason for return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Items must be approved before being sent back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Processing
Once your return is received and approved:
- You will receive store credit via gift card for the purchase amount
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
