How Long Does it Take?

Please allow 2 weeks for me to source your parcel, and up to 4 weeks for a custom parcel, depending on the complexity of your intake form. I will give you more precise timing expectations once I've received your form.

My intention is to not rush our process together. I want you to love every item I choose for you.

Expedited Requests: If you have an upcoming event or trip, please note that this will incur an additional fee (price varies depending on needs.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for the Bardot Parcel is $4.90

Due to the size and weight of the Hardy & Birkin parcels, the shipping cost is $8.90

WILL THERE BE BRAND NEW P&J PIECES IN MY PARCEL?

There may be an instance where a modern piece from Petals & Jackets makes sense to include in your bundle. That piece will be a supplemental suggestion outside of your parcel total count, and I will offer a 10% discount on that item. 

WHAT if an item doesn't fit? Can I exchange it?

Once you approve your parcel preview, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do You show try-ons of everything in the Preview video?

Try-ons are not guaranteed, but I'll typically show pants. I offer a full try-on of your entire parcel for an additional fee:

5 PIECE: $20

8 PIECE: $25

12 PIECE: $30

What does a custom parcel entail?

If you are looking for a money piece (think designer, leather, suede, furs, footwear) then a custom parcel is a great choice. The price and timeline will depend on your needs. Custom parcels can be added in addition to any other parcel. This is a great way to refresh your wardrobe with range and add investment pieces into the mix as well.

Custom parcels are also great for special events, vacations, bridal era, etc.
